We should include the vignette and example data within the package so that there is no need to download from figshare every time.

Also, we should include the pre-calculated Ostats_bysite2015 object so that Ostats_plot can have labels without recalculating the object.

Did this! Added in commit 7778a0b with some additional documentation in commit d50b470
