Filtering code won't work if there are multiple traits (need to add support for >1 trait as discussed in issue #23 )
means = FALSE returns error because table_all object is only defined if means = TRUE, but is required later in the function
mean calculation code can be done more precisely
replace rainbow palette with viridis

Resolved most of these issues with 379b977 except for multitrait plot, which still has an open issue (#23)
