More gaps in meteorological data #50

Looks like several sites still have long data gaps on the input data that we can't run with, see orange cells on this spreadsheet

Updated simulations are tracked here

Below is the shortlist of missing sites & data with the year when simulations fail. I realize that precp is harder, but can remaining pressure or humidity gaps be filled?

[ ] PUUM, this ones seems to be an issue on the NCAR side...
