This is just a placeholder for future development.
We receive regular requests from particular projects who want to encourage their volunteers to do FIT Counts, but want to be able to collate all the data from those volunteers. Sometimes the projects have a geographical focus and would like to be able to collate counts for a defined area, and sometimes the project is more wide-ranging and wishes to collate counts from multiple locations. Often such projects would like their volunteers to be able to 'tag' their counts in some way that would enable them to be grouped together and fed back to the project organisers.
A potential solution would be to implement the "Activites" type approach that we have on iRecord, so that organisations could go to the FIT Count website, set up an Activity, allow their volunteers to join the Activity, and then the volunteers would link their app to the Activity.
May also need to think about how to link this to country websites in the UK and maybe elsewhere.
