Hi @JimChiazzese1,

Can you confirm the following before I go ahead:

1. We are talking about adding these to termlists "Habitats (PoMS)" (ID 667) and "Target flower species (PoMS)" 668?

  1. The existing entries in the Warehouse have a "sort order" listed next to them, I can enter them without a sort order if you don't know the order they should appear in the list. I am not actually sure where the previous sort orders came from.

  2. You have noted Croatia (HR), however in the database the two letter code for Croatia is missing. Shall I add that?

Thanks, in response:

  1. This was blank, should there be another question at all?
  2. I'm not sure what impact sort orders have, for my purposes on the FITCount they can remain blank. On the main developer spreadsheet I see that sort order column only appears for the insect category and is '0' for all the recently added insect types, so taking this as an indication that no sort order is fine.
  3. Yes please, Karolis uses the HR two letter code on the development of the app, so assume consitency has some relevance.

Including @kazlauskis for comment.

Thanks

jim

  1. I think, the habitat is ID=1048 and target flower ID=1050, no?
  2. I agree, the sort order isn't important for the app.
  3. It is important to add Croatia to the list too.
andrewvanbreda commented 1 year ago

@kazlauskis @JimChiazzese1 Thanks for your reponses. I will go ahead now and let you know when done. The reason for the confusion regarding my point 1 is simply those IDs I gave are termlist IDs instead of the attribute IDs. So yes 1048/1050 is correct.

Hi @kazlauskis @JimChiazzese1

That is is done now.

  1. "Rocky habitat" added to "Habitats (PoMS)" list for Croatia only.
  2. "Wet habitat" also added in same way.
  3. "Urban green spaces" also added in same way.
  4. "commonSage - Salvia officinalis" added to "Target flower species (PoMS)" list for Croatia only.
  5. "Bugleherb - Ajuga reptans" also added in same way.
  6. "commonChicory - Chichorium intybus" also added in same way.

Additionally synonym "HR" has been added as a code for Croatia in the "FIT Count App Countries" termlist.

Note I think there may be a slight delay before the terms end up in the cache_termlists_terms table.

Thanks @andrewvanbreda - Please can you share the warehouse IDs and I'll add them to the spreadsheet, although that may be uncessary as @kazlauskis may already have access to see the IDs and add them - apologies, but I'm not sure who can access what in this area. Just one lay persons question - as the habitats/flowers are added for 'Croatia' only, does that mean no other new country could use the habitat classification 'rocky habitat' or the flower 'common chicory'. Sorry if that should be obvious, just good to make sure I know how it works. Thanks Jim

andrewvanbreda commented 1 year ago

@JimChiazzese1 Sorry yes, here they are Rocky habitat = 20657 Wet habitat = 20658 Urban green spaces = 20659 commonSage - Salvia officinalis = 20660 Bugleherb - Ajuga reptans = 20661 commonChicory - Chichorium intybus = 20662

Croatia only just means at the moment I have only added them for Croatia, other countries can easily be added after.
