Created an .env.template file to define and explain the environment variables required for the app
Modified the .gitignore file to exclude particular .env files (may need tweaking)
Added a new env var APP_FEEDBACK_EMAIL to allow customisation of feedback email address
Renamed config sentryDNS to sentryDSN
