The warehouse had some downtime this weekend and also on Monday. Do you have the user's iRecord website ID? Also, do you have a more precise time they have tried to upload?
Strangely this user had on iRecord a user ID of 0, but in the Indica Warehouse it shows a user ID of 383545 associated with teh saem email. I have now cancelled the account in iRecord and asked them to try re-registering.
Describe the issue
A user has set up an account and made 2 records but they won't upload. "When I click on the "UPLOAD" button it trys for a few seconds and then the message "SORRYfailed to fetch" in a red background appears on the screen briefly. I get the same message when trying to use species recognition on my photos...I have reinstalled the app and it still gives the same error message."
Note: I have tried from my Samsung S21 with iRecord Butterflies App same version 2.5.4 (234) and not managed to replicate. I'm not sure if there is an intermittant problem with the Indicia warehouse today that could be causing this though?
