Add field for recorder name(s) #14

Should default to the single name of the person who registered, but allow entry of multiple names (ideally separated by ';')

Am now thinking that this should be in addition to the existing 'determiners' field rather than instead of.

Although users won't user 'determiner' in the field, if someone enters a list through the app then by that point they might need determiner.

The 'recorder' field should initially default to the name of user who registered. If the recorder name(s) are changed then should automatically lock the changes - i.e. the group of people recording is unlikely to change over the 3h recording session.
