Remove training mode option? #22

Am wondering about removing the 'training mode' option from settings.

We might also contemplate automatically marking any record sent before 1st of Jan as training.

Please let me know what you think.

I think we should allow people to test the app with real records too, no? So that our testers will be able to try it out in the training mode at home, but also send a few real records from the field, which would be then used rather disposed.
