modv-manager & other manager should be configurable #101

In order to be able to change the configuration of some managers (like the URL for the modv-manager), we have to create a new component that can handle this. Maybe it would even make sense to create a "configurations" component that lists all integrations.

It's now possible to configure GraphQL and WebSocket integrations:
