When removing a fixture from a scene the corresponding values in the universe are not reset. Instead the last values for that fixture are still in the universe.
Steps to reproduce
Add a scene with an animation & fixture to the timeline
Start the timeline
Remove the fixture from the scene
Open "universes" and see that the properties are still present
