MIDI controller shows "active" even when disconnected #68

Issue Description

When a MIDI controller is configured but not connected, the midi-controller component still thinks its connected.

Steps to reproduce

Add a MIDI controller via USB
Configure the MIDI controller in luminave
Remove the MIDI controller via USB
Reload luminave
Open the MIDI manager view
Look at the headline of the controller you added
