Remove fixture doesn't remove it from scene #83

Issue description

When removing a fixture that is part of a scene, the fixture is not removed from the scene.

Steps to reproduce

Versions

  1. Browser: Chrome 69
  2. luminave: 3.0.0

Can't reproduce the error anymore :/

Now I could: It happens when removing multiple fixtures at once.
