Intro
Panel 1: Today is a big day. I get to start my dream job working in a zoo!
Panel 2: I may have struggled all my life with sickle-cell anemia, but by paying attention to my body, I have learned to live with it… (line break) Panel 3: And I certainly won’t let it slow me down today!
Panel 4: (look of horror)
Panel 5: Help! Help! All the animals have escaped their pens. They’re getting away!
Panel 6: The first day of work is always the hardest.
Level 1: No cutscene needed here. Instructional text should overlay gameplay.
Level 2: A crocodile is on the loose inside the zoo. We need you to track it down before it hurts anyone!
Level 3: A flamingo was reported in the suburbs, find it fast!
Level 4: We got another report of a rhino in the suburbs. Let’s get it back to the zoo! And watch out for lawnmowers.
Level 5: What a week! Half the animals are safely back in their pens. There’s still a penguin out in the suburbs. Let’s get him back to a cooler climate.
Level 6: There’s a gorilla at the beach giving sunbathers grief, let’s get over there and catch it before he gets sunburned!
Level 7: Looks like one of our ostriches likes running on the beach. You know what to do!
Level 8: An elephant has been spotted downtown. Track it down before it causes too much havoc. And watch out for cars!
Level 9: We’ve got a report of a cheetah downtown. You know the drill!
Level 10: Last one! It’s a bear of, yeah, it’s a bear! Let’s get him!
Outro: Congratulations! All the animals have been returned to the zoo safe and sound. (line break) By paying attention to my body’s needs, I was able to pursue my dreams and succeed. I’ll never let sickle-cell keep me down.
