Validate all pinned nodes in the editor? #81

We recently had a problem with an un-pinned node (id = ERROR / 0)in the Bungarus calibration. It's likely that with proper validation, this could have been caught before saving. We should check for valid IDs (non-zero, non-empty, non-'ERROR') before allowing a save.
