Screen NEAD for more products #46

I added a file that Hilmar provided. It represents a view of NEAD products for the HIP working group. I am suggesting that we do the following:

  1. Get the list of NEAD products for the EvoInfo working group (separate project)
  2. Screen both lists to see if there are significant products to include in our event_products and project_products tables.
