Develop a plan to assess outcomes and impacts of team projects.

I have generated a sample of 9 team projects, 1 randomly chosen from each event. I would love to have some help, but I'm prepared to carry out the analysis myself. What I would like to get from others is some feedback on the guiding questions to ask. This is my attempt at a relatively short form to cover products and impacts:
