fix issues with waffle #57

The master repo has been transferred to nescent and it works with git. I requested permission from nascent to allow waffle access, and this was granted. There is a waffle KanBan with tickets from nescent/hip_hack_howto. However, it is not fully functional. The person assignments are all gone. Whenever I try to do something, I get a message saying it couldn’t be done.

I deleted this from waffle, and Hilmar started it back up again. Now it works.
