Test the links in the following places:

manuscript (1 link)
hip_hack_howto/research/deep_dive_results.md (1 link)
hackathon_data
- event metadata files: multiple cases for events 4, 6 and 7
- project_projects.tsv - many hits
- events.tsv - 1 hit

overall there are about 2 dozen links. Should take 10 or 15 minutes to do them all.

FYI, the r-phylo.org wiki is not back up yet. I'm not sure yet when I'll have time for that, if there are links to it in our material.
