Issue with authorship is that, after our meeting last year, time-commitment was equal, but now it is very unequal. Some of what has happened (the parts I remember-- feel free to add to this)

after event, MSR spent quite a bit of time writing
in the fall, AS did a handful of things
- wrote stand-alone hackathon guide
- cut the remaining verbiage by 20 %
- refactored organization
- did the "deep dive" analysis of 9 teams
- got biblio data, added citation markers
recently, AS and RV
- read ~25 (AS) and ~10 (RV) hackathon papers
- cited hackathon literature in ms
- refactored lessons learned
recently, HL stood up the critical evoio content
