Query help texts #4

The help blurbs for the user controls on the query page aren't quickly recognizable as a resource to consult when wondering about the controls. Some suggestions: hyperlink the controls' labels to the respective helpdesk item; hide the text behind a mouse roll-over; make the text appear upon roll-over over a question mark (see Phenoscape KB for an example).

Help text is now in label tooltips, and there are question mark icons to advertise the tooltips' existence.
