The solution to issue #127 (website retains stale files) merged in #133 causes circle.yml to be among the files that are deleted from the gh-pages branch. This in turn causes CircleCI to complain that it cannot determine how to test the branch. (The circle.yml file on master sets gh-pages to be ignored, but apparently this doesn't carry through when there is a change on gh-pages.)
