PCAdapt changed from version 2.2 to version 3.0 on 2016-04-15. This major change has caused the Signals of Selection vignette to fail (https://github.com/NESCent/popgenInfo/pull/182#issuecomment-216866911), which in turn is preventing any new submissions from getting past.
I have sent correspondence to the maintainer of PCAdapt to see if they are willing to help and/or provide a changeLog.
