Error in RDA vignette #216

Apparently the package psych, which is required by the vignette, used to be a dependency of a package installed in the container, but now isn't. At least that's the only explanation that comes to mind as to why this vignette passed originally and now fails:

Quitting from lines 30-36 (2018-03-27_RDA_GEA.Rmd) 
Error in library(psych) : there is no package called 'psych'

Also reminds us of #205, and #213 (not sure why that hasn't been merged yet).

At least locally this succeeds now with the container resulting from NESCent/popgen-docker#36.

Also succeeds on CI with the new image up on Docker Hub.
