It would be good if we could generate an annotated list of summary functions, statistical metrics, software runners, etc for each data type and analytical question and what package they're in. I'm envisioning something like a wiki where a naive user could click through and relatively rapidly locate something like a list of functions that test for population structure using diploid data.
