有关 NEST 系统储蓄基金发展成 NEST DAO 协议的提议

目前 NEST 系统储蓄基金池有 3675.17 ETH，如果一直处于闲置状态，也是一种浪费，所以可以开发成 NEST DAO 协议。

当 NEST Token 价格为 0.0001 ETH 的时候（参考值），触发 ETH 储蓄基金按照该 1 NEST = 0.0001 ETH 回购 NEST Token；回购的 NEST 并不销毁，也会存入到 NEST 收益合约中参与 ETH 收益分配。此外，在 NEST Token 价格为一个相对合适的数值时（结合 NEST 生态发展状况），再以该价格换回 ETH 资产。使得 NEST DAO 演化成一个可以自运作的去中心化资管协议，以 ETH 本位进行计算，其目标是在 NEST Protocol 中累积越来越多的 ETH 资金，提供报价矿工的积极性，进而使得 NEST预言机更加安全和稳定。

NEST DAO 中的资产归属于所有的 NEST Token 持有人。

有关该提议，希望 NEST 社区所有人都积极参与讨论，提出更多的建议，发出自己的声音。

这一条还不错，这种回购对价格的稳定好处还挺大的，但是Nest还是要多开源去找Cofix 这样的调用合作，暂时也没想到更好的方式来利用储蓄基金。

NEST DAO的发展本身就需要资金支持，储蓄池资金不应该只限于维持币价稳定和激励矿工，还可以： 第一，可以考虑成立NEST FUND，用于支持和激励更多开发人员参与NEST生态的开发和建设工作。 第二，用于奖励NEST DAO成员中作出贡献的人。

In the case that NEST doesnt use the ofix transaction model, it needs the community to discuss the repurchase price and execute it according to the repurchase price. Repurchase contracts can be based on the block release, that is, each block can only be repurchased a certain amount, which avoids the problem of front running. Besides, the repurchase price can be set close to or slightly lower than the market price, which can also avoid the problem of preemptive transactions.

参数可以公开，比如每当 ETH > 1000 的时候， 每天回购 10 ETH 的 NEST。回购的价格是按照市场价。 当然， 当 DAO 里面接近 1000 ETH 的时候， 因为有自动回购的预期会影响二级市场的价格；但二级市场价格的提升会带来报价密度上涨，而 DAO 里面 ETH 累计的速度更快， 带来的净效果不见得很差。 这种方式避免了 "社区投票决定价格”， 投票决定的价格很难比当前市场价格更有合理性。

can you provide reference to "ofix transaction model"? LIke my comments above, I don't suggest that repurchase price should be determined by community voting.

Automatic repurchase is a plan, but it may not have much impact on the value growth of the system.

But repurchase when the price is undrvalued can reflect the significance of the stabilization fund, when the market is undervalued, a consensus expectation is established.

You can consider automatic sales, which are automatically sold when the value is relatively high, so as not to cause a big impact on the market.

从长远来看，回购并不会对币价有什么积极影响，回购并赎回还会存在被套利的风险。而这笔钱只要放那也代表大家对nest未来的信心，如果担心浪费的话，可以主动与下游defi协议合作（比方说 yearn vault )，直接放到他们pool里，不仅可以赚收益，也可以促进下游defi调用nest
