Travel time mismatch with legacy solver #5

The travel time for the robots does not match with the travel times calculated by the legacy solvers

This issue is currently being resolved.

Lastest fix for the issue: a6c7c3e021462f13905e25d3321c7defc9d52f4f However, this does not fully fix the problem.
