Output shapefile format from anonymization having coordinate system assigned

Since the Location module can output a shapefile of the anonymized points (FID, Lat, Long), it would be great if these outputted shapefiles could have a geographic coordinate system also already assoicated with them.

As it stands, the output shapefile has no coordinate system, so its essentially a table format with .shp at the end. End user has to leverage software like ArcGIS to assign a coordinate system to the shapefile.

Currently have note in user documentation telling user of this need. But it would be great if the output shapefile could assign a GCS to the shapefile that is the same as the input shapefile.

@paigemork This should be addressed at this point; The work I've done so far should ensure that there is a CRS is associated with exported shapefiles
