STMF401 Debug "File not Found" #216

When I attempt to debug I get a dialog box:

The deploy appears to be OK based on the following output:

What file is the error referring to/how do I fix the issue?

This issue turned out to be the $(LlilumSDK)tools\openocd\bin-x64\openocd.exe file which expands out to be C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Llilum\tools\openocd\bin-x64\openocd.exe.
