Possible exponential scrollbar growth in 'Visual' #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select any attack deck and/or update card selection on the right
2. Update card selection on the right again (You ma need to change the filter)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The scrollbar under the attack deck will shrink and mess up the position of 
your deck/cards. This can happen to the card selection on the right too.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.29.248 on Win 7 Enterprise x64
