Credits page in the Compiled GUI version of the ED #27

Description:

This page would contain a layout of key members who assisted in the main 
working, tweaking, and fixing of the Evaluate Decks simulator. Also, if 
possible, it could contain a link to a webpage or a post on the Kongregate 
forum post that would contain the signatures of all of the people who 
contributed in some small way, that way we wouldn't leave anyone out. The 
people that would go on this page post would be: people who report bugs, people 
who bring up suggestions that have been implemented, and people that have 
contributed in the use and spread of Evaluate Decks (such as, SSS1). 

This suggestion is merely to show that Evaluate Decks is around, popular, 
usable, and up-to-date thanks to these people that have contributed their time, 
knowledge, and money towards the beneficial use and creation of Evaluate Decks. 

I would recommend there be no order of importance, in order to prevent future 
fighting over which piece of the pie belongs to whom and why. Just do something 
simple for the order, such as Alphabetical listing, the Time that the issue was 
reported / fixed, in a descending manner, etc.

Changing priority to low, and type to enhancement as you suggested.

Besides that, we first need an uptodate gui again :)
