Priority: Medium

Details:

I just thought that since you're currently working on Mac OS compatibility,
then it might as well be smart to also work on other OS capabilities. February
8, 2014, is the final cut-off from Microsoft for Windows XP - meaning, zero
support will be available. The mainstream cut-off is already in effect, so a
lot of people will start obtaining Windows 7 to stay up to date. So, it's good
to get started on the compatibility ahead of time, that way you're ready when
high demand is in place for it.

Just put this on the back-burner till the main problems, GUI compiling, etc.
are fixed and spread among the key creators of ED.

To clarify things: I am willing to work on Mac OS X compatibility. Or any other
operating system. However I do not possess a Mac. Similarly, I only have
(besides Debian GNU/Linux a Windows XP 32 bit system.

In order to support more OSs I would need someone to give me detailed
descriptions of whats wrong.

So let me ask directly:
- Is the simulator not working at all on 64 bit Windows XP?
- Is the simulator not working on any 32-bit flavor after XP (I wont support 2k
or anything even older).
- Same for non XP 64 bit.

It you have an issue on any of these please provide detailed description.
