Commander not 1st in saved deck #9

Sometimes app saves deck like this:
BY-AntiRaider:Sabre,Rifter,Atlas,Infected 
Trooper,Daemon,Daemon,Aegis,Devastator,Devastator,Mind Controller,Mind 
Controller

As u can see, commander Atlas in 3rd position, not in 1st.

This deck yields wrong results in simulation

Just saved deck in  v25 (-r194):
Test:Rifter,Dracorex,Trident,Exodrone,Mech 
Aid,Titan,Vigil,Hierophant,Omega,Vigil,Trident

So, order is still broken.
