Fixes #39

This PR activates kibana_tls: true and sets a default kibana-web-certificate with 10 years of time, if nothing has been set on the paths of

kibana_tls_cert: /etc/kibana/certs/cert.pem
kibana_tls_key: /etc/kibana/certs/key.pem
