Move Feature Branches workflow and Merge Request workflow closer together #224

Idea: the Feature Branches and GitHub/GitLab Merge Request workflow are so similar they could be moved closed together. This would move the more complicated Gitflow to the end of the "workflow" chapter.

So:

  1. Centralized Workflow
  2. Feature Branch Workflow
  3. Merge/Pull Request Workflow
  4. Gitflow Workflow

Since the Gitflow section is theoretical only, this would not affect the Labs.
