Not receiving notifications on Telegram #10

Hello, I've done setup a fixxed all my typos found by icinga2 daemon -C, then I am still not receiving any message on telegram. Test message is working fine, but when I make host down or send custom notification, nothing really happens... I've also enabled debug mode in icinga and I didnt found any mentions about "telegram"... is that the reason, that telegram script is not triggering? At icingaweb I see telegram bot set fine but I see No notifications have been sent for this contact... that is quiet strange!

I would kill myself... notifications were disabled....
