Hi could you please provide us a list of ports required for the communication. We need to have the firewall configured, and for that the list of ports has to be known. Thanks!

It uses database connections with the SCOM MSSQL database store. This is stated right within the README.

This software is not actively maintained, it was a POC for a customer. But feel free to try and use it anyway.
