[Feature]: Exclusion of User Dashboards from Collection #119

Describe the feature request

At the moment the Collector also retrieves all User Dashboards from an Standpoint of the DSGVO this might be too much .. , there might be issues that are releated to themes and Dashboards .. therefore it might be an necessary evil to include or exclude an option(opt out/out in) to include all User Dashboards ..

maybe the parameter should be called --dsgvo ..

I don't see any difficulties with the DSGVO here. The data is only collected locally and is not viewed by anyone else who does not already have access to the relevant files. The transfer of data to a second party is a purely voluntary process.

If there are any concerns here, it is up to each user to remove this data from the ZIP.
