Featureize Drupal modules #8

This is a sort of meta-ticket, to pull some core functionality out into a number of Features using the Feature module, to make deployment easier (by reducing dependency on the database for settings.)

Just putting notes from our discussion last Friday:

In terms of time, I think the content types would be a fairly quick process, completed in less than a couple hours. Menus and Views may be more complicated as they can rely on specific node ids (which may not be the same from dev to prod environments) so I would estimate slightly longer time investment here- maybe a day or two. @LindaJeanne Does that sound reasonable to you?

Moved internal maintence issues such as this to Asana. Leaving this here for now, unless someone thinks that we should close it (in which case, feel free)
