Sort of goofy, but right now the API expects a nid param that maps the Node ID of the object we're ingesting from Drupal. @LindaJeanne however pointed out that this isn't the most robust solution. Change everything to expect a param called did, which stands for Drupal ID, and will be whatever unique key solution the Drupal devs come up with.
