Rebuild TEI/HTML/Imagemaster models

Refactor the post-archimedes code that replaced the concept of imagemaster and thumbnail as distinct entities, with thumbnails for all, to reflect the original conception of image file management (represented in the pre-archimedes codebase) within an updated environment using more current gem libraries.

Also, restore the TEI file class to reflect its conception as outlined in the functional specs, with the pre-archimedes codebase as a guide.
