Issuu integration #811

Page turning has been requested from a few users, so we should consider either integrating Issuu or using some other tool, like pdf.js, to embed a PDF page turning tool.

Our plan only allows 5 uploads per month using the API: http://developers.issuu.com/api/limits.html
