Allow requests to admin-ajax.php outside of VPN #18

I took one of the test Shib users 'buda.i' and tried to log in with the user. When prompted to enter a username 'buda' It just hung at the popup. Refreshing brought the popup back so it most likely isn't saving.

This is happening because it posts via ajax to admin-ajax.php to update. The wp-admin is restricted when not connected to the VPN, so this can't be accessed when not connected to the VPN.

Renaming because this issue happens for all ajax requests.
