Primo logos #413

Please add the logos with state outlines to the sandbox. Attaching logos without state outlines in case the others don't look good in that small corner of SOS. POG prefers the state outline logos.

When you put the Mills logo in SB and Prod — whichever one POG ends up approving — it should be switched to linking to: https://library.mills.edu/ instead of https://library.northeastern.edu/
