Hi folks,

Awesome initiative! Super exciting.

Can I ask a question about the idea for what sort of trainings this would be used for - one day, one week, multiple weeks, etc? I think it would be great to have mix-and-matchable "modules", but it would be great to have a better sense of the overall structure(s) intended to be represented here.

Hi @bethac07,

Great question!

I think our idea was that various courses of varying length could be compiled by picking teaching "topics" and "concepts" of the curriculum resource.

So, I think our idea was to provide several "example courses" as a second resource, once the curriculum spreadsheet resource is consolidated.

To simplify my answer a bit, I would say

Please look at the current document with the question:

"Does this include all the topics that I typically teach when I give bioimage analysis courses?"

If something is missing, let us know.

If it contains things that you consider totally off-topic and/or irrelevant, please also let us know.
