Add schema.org JSON-LD annotation to HTMLs

For software, the specification to use is Bioschemas Tool Profile, latest DRAFT version: https://bioschemas.org/specifications/drafts/Tool/

Adequately for training materials, datasets, etc., but I'm not sure how mature which of those profiles are at the moment.

I just installed a set of Drupal plugins in a local Drupal instance to test microdata publication. It's working fine but needs a bit more investigation to extend the built-in annotations, with bioschema. Here are the installed plugins :

Hi @albangaignard could you update on the status here? does the alignement that you are doing for ttl biotools is surrounding this issue?
