Another example use of the distance transform #324

Hi @manerotoni ,

I think this could be a potential other use for the distance transform, that we were discussing about in the course today: image

Hope this is useful. I am also happy to make it into an activity if you don't have time. I can give you both the polyp 'raw' image (I did some background subtraction and rescaling on it already, but it will not be relevant to show here), and the binary image. Shall I just email it to you or upload to the image_data folder in the distancetransform branch and make a PR?
