We should add a module about registration.

I would mainly rely on elastix (binary and from python).

If you expand the menu on the left in the above google doc you can see a list of contents. This can be helpful to think about what to teach in which order. The document is WIP, I did not add everything yet that came to my mind.

As always there are probably many ways how to structure this, let's see whether we can agree on something :-)
