add module about getting help

I think it could be an idea to add a new module about "getting help".

Activities could include:

• reaching out to a local community
  • https://france-bioimaging.org/node/bioimage-informatics/
• posting questions on a forum
  • forum.image.sc
  • zulip
• asking AI to write code
  • chatGTP skimage napari
  • chatGTP ij-macro

Hi @manerotoni @grinic @tibuch,

@maulakhan suggested to talk about the skimage documentation.

I would propose to implement a "getting help" module before next Tuesday and add there various options for how to get more help for:

1. skimage
2. napari

This could be a separate module or it could be added to the "Tool installation". I would vote for a new module called "Tool help".

In fact, forskimage, adding the links to the documentation into the activity as a comment is also very useful.

I think this is more effective than having an extra module (at least for the documentation). Typically you do not refer to yet another module.
