Image similarity transforms #635

I would like to add a module about "image similarity transforms":

@manerotoni an issue with the module of "similarity transforms" is that it needs the concept of "pixel interpolation". My gut feeling is that "Interpolation" probably should be introduced first and may needs its own module. What do you think?
